We want to explain our experience and management of our facilities.
For a price of €100 per person, you will visit the outdoor fattening farm, where you will see its operation and daily management. We will visit the warehouse where we carry out the drying and purging of the snails, as well as the storage area and the cold room where we keep the snails at the ideal temperature.both for its subsequent commercialization fresh, and for our reproduction room.
For the Reproduction Room, €300 yrYou will receive all the information and knowledge necessary for you to start in the business, either to supply yourself in your foreign fattening farm, or to be able to market in the future. Currently in Spain, very few helicopter farms with a breeding room show their facilities, nor do they give any type of information about it. We had to go to train at one of the largest snail producers in Eastern Europe and we don't want those of you who are starting out to go through that.
The price of the training will be discounted in the purchase of alevin (minimum order 6Kg).
